in, monitored their infringements, and hosted Investigations and
disciplinary hearings.

The ownership of a live Transport plan, working to a tight schedule in
a live environment. I was always anticipating the next move and making
the adjustments where necessary with the available recourses I had at
hand. At NFT the role was exactly the same to the one which I later
worked at Waltham Point, Sainsbury’s brought my contract.
Key Duties:
o Advanced Transport Controlling, handing out work to drivers,
debriefing, giving handovers, despatching invoices and Purchase
orders.
o Working closely with other departments to ensure the right
shipments are in transit to the right locations.

o Was the frontline of a department transferring from a sub
contactor to the customer its self.
o I wrote training procedures and trained over 7 new staff.

Logistic solutions, I managed a warehouse which stored engineer’s
tools/parts and hosted a service centre where customers could bring
faulty equipment to be sent away to be repaired. I was closely working
with a Sameday Courier service.
4. Key Duties:

o Stock checking, Tracking stock and relocating.
o Booking and pricing jobs using the Apollo system.

Key Achievements:
o I trained 20+ staff in the warehouse, which included pickers,
drivers and office staff.
o I played a huge role in the site to site transfer, which we due
to business growth and was even called to assist other transfers
across the country.
o I wrote various training manuals which were used long after I had
left.
o Oversaw the overall running of the site, whilst the Operations
Manager was on maternity leave.
o By leading by example, I successfully barred smoking in the
offices and Warehouse at the time it was being banned.
