Christian
Capitalist™
A Limited Liability Company
Executive Summary
Belief and Science. Altruism and Selfishness. Infinite and Finite. Rhine and
Laissez-faire. Mass and Weight. Christian and Capitalist. God did not
create a universe of unlimited abundance, so that a few could sell it to the
many in gallon sized containers.
Growing food has never been more complicated than it is today. A farmer
has to navigate a gambit of regulations and requirements imposed by
government, agricultural corporations, and consumers. These restrictions
and requirements encompass the entire cycle of food production and sale.
From patented seeds, that for the first time in human history, cannot be
harvested from the plants from which it is grown without fear of ruinous legal
action. Labeling standards and government subsidies that favor the profits
of large industrial agribusiness over the local family farm. Consumers
demanding cheap instant food to satisfy monetary and time restraints, are
sold prepackaged meals full of chemicals and pesticides in place of nutrients
and self-reliance.
The modern farmer has yet to fully understand the impact that GMOs,
nanotechnology, climate change, energy extraction methods, waste lagoons,
manure spray fields, increasing levels of pharmaceutical and medical waste
in crop irrigation, mercury toxins, soil erosion and a dwindling water supply
will have on food production in future decades. It is my belief that these
conditions will create the situation where the shelves at the supermarket are
bare; those that can feed themselves will inherit the Earth. I believe I am the
visionary with the ability to create profit for myself and my neighbor from this
eventuality
Therefor I intend to prove profit can be created and value added to the
economy with the use aquaponic technology. In other words: enriching
myself and the consumer by teaching individuals how to fish.
Mission Statement:
Abundance from Engagement™
Description of Business
Company Ownership & Legal Entity

social networks, and habitat. Profit generating platforms include:
Urban Organic Aquaponic Farm
Design and Development of Urban Farms
including livestock with a goal of 85% carbon
neutrality.

organic fruits and vegetables to be sold at

purchasers to market ingredients as local organic
farm fresh ingredients to their customers.

for self-assembly and installation.
 Aquaponic systems sold to individuals and community centers to grow and
harvest organic fruits and vegetable for consumption.
 Service of aquaponic systems as required for a contracted fee at time of
purchase.

of Nutrient Oases™ and Fellowship
Kitchens™ for commercial use.
Products
 Learning Block System™ Toys designed to introduce knowledge, concepts, and
skills through play, exploration, and discovery.
 Organic Meditative Technology™ used during high stress medical procedures with
a growth market into the personal wellness industry.
 Organic Living Environment™ furniture, hardware and habitats.
Social Networking Design
DicotCoins™, Century Loans™, ShiftDating™, SpiritNet™.
Marketing
 Website: http://www.christiancapitalist.solutions/ with SSI
 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/christiancapitalist?ref=hl
 Twitter: https://twitter.com/
Each will be used to promote goods and services sold by Christian Capitalist™ LLC. The
strength of social media will be enormous when paired with purchasers directing
consumer traffic to social media as an immediate validation of the local organic farm to
table claim; which will include a video of the aquaponic system and farm highlighting
Christian Capitalist promise of community and environmental responsibility.
Market Analysis
 Target market of harvested fresh delivered farm grown food stuffs is restaurants,
hotels, and high end food retailers, high end consumers.
 Target market of scalable aquaponic units will be churches, schools, community
centers, single/multifamily residences, and Indian Reservations.
 The Organic Floating Fishery Purification System™ can be used to detoxify
fisheries.
Christian Capitalist™ LLC. will be the first Urban Organic Aquaponic farm in Atlanta to
sell both food stuffs and the aquaponic technology to a large and growing market, allowing
multi-tiered products to the D.I.Y. consumer - high end clients that are interested in a
unique show piece with the option of onsite quarterly maintenance – community centers,
churches, mosques, synagogues, schools and even prisons. In addition, the aquaponic
market will grow exponentially with the deregulation of cannabis, rewarding any business
that is willing to prepare for this eventuality, including the market for hemp, which will gain
in popularity as the fiber loses stigmatization over time.
Advertising and Promotion
The greatest challenge once market share is established will be protecting the Brand
while maintaining product excellence as competition enters the market. Promotion
through social media is crucial to the success of any socially responsible company. A
fully functional Urban based farm with livestock raised with organic feed grown on site
with aquaponic technology will create a destination location for tourists and retail
shoppers alike. Low cost guided tours, a designated area for parties, and a commissary
will ensure constant income in-between harvests. Initial capital raised will be the
determining factor as to the amount of television and radio advertising Christian
Capitalist™ LLC. will be able to purchase in the first two quarters of 2015.
Pricing
 Single Aquaponic Units sold from retail orders will be sold cost-plus-markup with a
contracted set maintenance fee if requested.
 Food Stuffs will be priced according to local averages with a slight mark-up to cover
delivery costs.
 Single Aquaponic Units Kits purchased for installation or self-assembly will be sold
cost-plus-markup plus shipping and handling. Being able to purchase items
required for assembly at bulk wholesale will ensure the client is unable to match
part price.
 Large bulk orders of Aquaponic units for community centers, religious institutions,
government institutions, and nonprofits will be sold with a 10% discount with an
additional 10% donated to a specific set of charities (to be named at time of
purchase), which the client can select from.
 Learning Blocks will be sold at retail cost and pricing for one year to be sold at 20%
discount to community centers, religious institutions, government institutions, and
nonprofits.
 Organic Floating Gardens will be sold cost-plus-markup, which will vary widely
based on geographic location, size of fishery and type of organic material used as
a filter. This will involve an onsite inspection with an estimate.
 Living Environment furniture and hardware will be sold at retail cost plus shipping
and handling.
 Living Environment Habitat design will be charged as a consulting fee.

Investing in an unproven theory, idea or technology is not for the faint of
heart. Investing in a visionary that applies proven technology to change an
industry is bold. I present the following resources as proof that it can be
done:

Investing in ideas such as these, with the
desire to create profit is the future of
capitalism. Christian Capitalism will
become the paradigm shift as what is
truly valuable. Christian Capitalism will
be the decoupling of materialism from
capitalism, realizing profit from nonprofit.
Poverty will only be eliminated when it
becomes profitable to do so.
