2. Many Facets of One Grace
Grace of God unto salvation
Grace of Christ on the cross
Continuing Grace and goodness
Grace in us manifested through good words and
deeds
Grace of calling to service
Grace gifts for success
Future Grace to be experienced
4. Remember the Hint
Ezra 9:8 states that “for a brief moment grace had
been shown”
1 Peter 1:10 reminds us that the O.T. prophets looked
ahead to “the grace that would come.”
5. The Grace of Christ is Here!
For the Law was given through Moses; grace and
truth were realized through Jesus Christ.
John 1:17
“Became”
“Came into existence”
“Manifested on earth”
What had once been unknown is now
known!
6. The Grace of Christ is Knowable!
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ”
2 Corinthians 8:9
He came from Heaven to Earth
From the Earth to the Cross
From the Cross to the Grave
From the Grave to the Sky
Jesus gave it all up for us
“though rich he became poor so that you through his poverty
might become rich.”
7. There should be no doubt about
the grace of Christ given to us…
IT WAS HIS LIFE
FOR OURS!
8. Grace of Christ is Salvation
“But we believe we are saved through the grace of the
Lord Jesus, in the same way as they are also.”
Acts 15:11
Through the gracious, undeserved sacrifice of
Christ—coming to earth and dying for our sins (1
Cor. 15:3), we all, though abounding in sin, can now
be saved!
9. Grace of Christ is Sufficient
“I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has
strengthened me, because He considered me
faithful, putting me into service; even though I was
formerly a blasphemer and a persecutor and a
violent aggressor. And yet I was shown
mercy, because I acted ignorantly in unbelief; and
the grace of our Lord was more than
abundant, with the faith and love which are
found in Christ Jesus.” 1 Timothy 1:12-
14
10. One God.
One Grace. Many Facets.
God’s grace is the plan of salvation made
possible for sinful man.
Christ’s grace is the plan of salvation made
available to the “vilest offender” through His
sacrifice on our behalf.
