To be able to plan and analyze complex
projects that include a lot of tasks and
dependencies.

1. Identify all the tasks, their lengths
and dependencies between them.
2. List the tasks in the task table.
3. Each task is represented by a line in
the diagram with one start node and
one end node.
4. Write the task designation and
length on the line representing each
task.
