4. Conventions
I. All the magazines have a load of colours that contrast that anchors the reader.
II. Each magazine has one main image.
III. All the magazines have more than one sub-heading.
IV. They have a masshead/doesn't move, its always at the top.
V. All the magazines have a issue number/date/year it was published.
VI. They have a particular theme.
VII. Secondary headlines.
VIII. The main picture is always taken during the day-natural light.
IX. They use certain objects in the picture to also show what type of college/ school they are, e.g.-
Ridgewater college. This is a global learning college and in the picture they have the earth to
represent global.
