Pioneered the use of Xelus in what were formally the Materials, Management and Purchasing group of
GTE in Texas.
Procured cable during the 9/11 crisis to have all telephone services, restored, including bringing Wall
Street back on line expeditiously.
Volunteered to carry emergency on call cell phone for entire Verizon footprint instead of sharing the
responsibility with my co-workers.
