Current Job Responsibilities (Safety)
 To plan training of all contractors and own employees for safety and ensure implementation.
 To ensure that all incidents are captured and analysed and actions are planned and taken to prevent
recurrence.
 To ensure that best safe work practices are identified and implemented
 Plan and ensure that SHE Committee Meetings are held regularly.
 To make sure that safety features are in-built at the initial stage of new projects and inspect / recommend
rectification of any unsafe guarding / inter-locking of new machines before they are commissioned on the
floor.
 Statutory compliance with EHS-MS (Environment Health Safety Management System) with respect to Health
and Safety.
 Preparation of Safe Operating procedure by conducting Job Cycle Check (JCC).
 Identification & prevention of hazards in the plant by conducting Fatality Risk Control Program (FRCP).
 Checking health of Fire protection system
 Daily visit to site and raising nonconformity points as per standards and follow up
 Action against individuals for unsafe acts & unsafe conditions
