EMC Insurance Companies, Business Analyst
• Led a project to secure a software replacement for an internal National Change of
Address process.
• Developed a furniture and fixture valuation system and a training reporting system
with EXCEL.

dot matrix printing to laser printing throughout the company, insuring that all
