10. Lianas- Grow roots in the ground and grow vines to climb trees to reach the top of the rainforest. Mangroves- Grow roots out of the ground to get more water. They mostly grow in the water. Epiphytes- Grow on trees so they can take advantage of the sunlight on the top of the rainforest. Bengal Bamboo- Grow large roots that collect water and allow them to reproduce very fast.
