 Zone Directory to be published in first week of Feb 2015
All Zone/National Events to be taken on Time with Max.
Participants
Will take Special Invective to Conduct CDMT/CAV by
assigned ZVP on time in every LOM
Drawing Comp. and EPS Competition on ZONE Level.
Will motivate Lom’s For monthly E- MRFs

National Presidents/Executive Vice President/Past Zone
Presidents visit in every LOM
“Excellence” our Zone Bulletin to be published in every

Zone governing Board Meeting at least Six (Including One
Family ZGB )
The Program covered in Management Area, which is
approved in Plan of Action – 2015 by JCI INDIA will all be run
smoothly and effectively

Organizing one Day Orientation Program in Unrepresented
Places
Marketing Jaycessium in various Schools, Collages,
Educational Institutions & Corporate Companies
Promote JJ Wings / Jcrt Wing in various Universities.
Motivate all LOMs to promote JJ Wings/Jcrt Wing in their
respective LOM
Will Motivate LOMs to give minimum growth of 5 members

GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT AREA
To Extend 25 LOMs in Zone
Target to Achieve membership Strength of Zone to 2015.
Will take Special efforts towards Retention
Conduct JJ Wing / Jcrt Wing Conference
Motivate all LOMs to organize “Growth Day 15th May”
Motivate to contribute for INDIA JAYCEES FOUNDATION TRUST.
The Program covered in Growth & Development Area,
which is approved in Plan of Action – 2015 by JCI INDIA will
all be run smoothly and effectively

EMPOWERING YOUTH & FUTURE to be conducted in every Lom
“ONE LOME ONE PERMENT PROJECT”
Organize Fundraising Program in association with Associate
Sponsors at LOM level
“JAYCEE WEEK” Diwali of Jaycees, Program to be organize in every
Lom.
OYP Awards, Un Millennium Development Goals (MDG),National
Integrity Day, Salute the Silent workers, Crusade for Cleanliness, Go
Green India to be conducted at LOM Level
The Program covered in Program Area, which is approved in Plan
of Action – 2015 by JCI INDIA will all be run smoothly and effectively

 Motivate LOMs to conduct basic Training Events on
Chapter Level and Involve it in Zone Calendar
 Celebrate 10th September – Training Day at a Grand
Scale.
 Motivate LOMs to Conduct Multi Chapter ID's every
2 Months.
 Publish Zone Trainer Directory in February
 To Continue 2nd Line Leadership program PAARAS.

Special Insensitive for members to come forward to
participate in Zone and National Training Events
Encouraging step in plan to form TRAINERS GRID and
provide trainer from Zone to LOM and motivate to organize
minimum 2 Training events in a month per LOM
Zone planned to organize Corporate Training at Zone Level
to Generate Funds for the trainers Grid
The Program covered in Training Area, which is approved
in Plan of Action – 2015 by JCI INDIA will all be run smoothly
and effectively

level.
