Personal Profile
I have had a fantastic Retail Career to date.
This has largely been in supermarket retail management.
I have also had 4 years where I lived and worked in Rarotonga as a Retail
Manager for the Cook Islands Trading Company. This also involved developing
and executing 4 annual business plans for my division which had to be
presented to and approved by the board of directors.
As you will see from my CV, my interest has largely evolved around Foodstuffs
Supermarkets. I have gained a total experience of 23 years in Retail with a
large percentage of those either in a New World or Pak’n Save because I
believe in and am very passionate about both brands.
I also believe that owner/operator stores make for a more personal experience
and a much greater level of autonomy when it comes to running the business
and making sensible decisions along the way to benefit both the business
interest and creating an amazing customer experience.
Thank you
Dion Paul
