If only code work then jQuery naturally, Isotope, Zurb
framework and I'm liking waypoints.js a lot lately. I use
Font Awesome in my shortcodes plugin but I wouldn't say
it's a priority component.
It really depends on the type of theme I want to create I
suppose. App wise, I couldn't work without a good editor
(Espresso here), Photoshop, Transmit (FTP app), GitHub &
Codebox (for storing code snippets).
