OBJECTIVE:
With my communication skills in customer service,knowledge of DD/MWD/LWD equipment
and Drilling & Evaluation process, and on top of things, with a deep passion for working on
Drilling Service division, I really want to become an MWD/LWD Field Engineer in
Drilling & Evaluation segment to apply my knowledge on drilling operation and
continue researching in order to make the valuable contributions in your company.
TRAINING:
 Safety Training courses (17 modules) in Oilfield and BHI HSE Policies.
 Radiation safety course in web-base training.
 Two weeks D&E Tools Maintenance Program in Dubai (UAE).
 One week Drilling Motor training in Dubai.

 An MWD tool (down-linking) which is a part of telemetry down-hole
communication.

2.  CNC Program ( Computer Numerical Control is automation of machine
tools which are operated by precisely programmed commandsencoded on
storage mediumthrough computer).
 Basic PLC program Siemens S7-300 (A Programmable Logic Controller
programthat is built in operation systemthrough computer to control
automatically electrical devices,machines, sensors and so on by reading
values of digital and analog input & output signal).

Duty:
 “Safety comes first”, follow strictly Baker Hughes HSE policies, realize and eliminate
the hazards at working area. Be responsible on taking care of myself and people around
in safe as is a responsibility and culture.
 Accomplish the standard maintenance training program to get qualification and
knowledge of maintenance process and an overview of Directional
Drilling/MWD/LWD tools on their service function, principles and drilling service
process.
 Carry out the maintenance activities such as troubleshooting, test, assembly,
disassembly and performing visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies on
equipment in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and procedures.
 Implement 6S program to improve working area more safety, minimum the non-
productive time and increase equipment maintenance quality.
 Be responsible on working with customer on equipment troubleshooting, assembly,
pre-field testing to meet their requirement and specification.
 Be a planner to make plan, arrange time and activities to accomplish maintenance tools
to meet drilling operation requirement and days of equipment in maintenance target.
 Also be responsible on controlling spare parts through SAP software system, plan for
quantity and send order request for future to meet operation and also maintenance cost
target.
Achievement:
 Successful on safety without any incidents, had improvement the working area and
maintenance process (tooling improvement, arrangement improvement, ect).
 Had improvement on Automatic Steering Tools team become one of the best team with
less failure and meet days of maintenance target.
 On top of things, never stop learning to get more knowledge of DD/MWD/LWD
equipment and Drilling Operation process.

3. Field Service Engineer
Gia Khuong Ltd. (PSBV) in Oil and Gas field

Duty:
 First working as fabricator, support design, do assembly and test Hydraulic systems.
Install the system at customer sites, test and instruct operation for customer, following
strictly Safety Policies at customer site (paper work, permit to work,…)
 Then be leader of field service, contact and work with customer for the issues
happened during operation.
 Work with customer to troubleshoot and analyze the equipment to find-out root cause
and get solution.
 Report the problems with solutions to Technical Manager and customer.
 Support technical information for sales department.
Achievement:
 Successful on ideals of changing Hydraulic System design to improve quality of
system and more safety then got more service contracts.
 Successful on improving workshop and test area more safety by following HS&E
policies and safety culture in Oilfield.
 Successfully repair and improve the Hydraulic Leaking Test Units at Schlumberger,
Weatherford, Halliburton, Aker Solutions, Vietsopetro,ect.
