This company's services is that buy protection against cold.

This company's products are watch coat, thermal socks, jacket for cold weather and so on.

4.Price of product
This product's price is cheaper than other market.

5.Compete marketing
The market the business will compete in tailor's shop near by universities.

6.Persuasive statement
A persuasive statement as to why and how the business will succeed. Because there are three
reasons. First reason is a climate of Aizu. Aizu climate is very cold. Second reason is that
there is a few shop selling clothes in Aizu. Third reason is there are some universities. For
there reasons, this business is success.

7.Management team
A brief description of the key management team of our company is the following.
Accountant is Satoru Yoshida.
Diplomat is Shouhei Nakayama.
Inventory manager is Sanshiro Hosokawa and Toru Hasegawa.
Company presidents is Keita Yamaguchi.

8.Business's target
This business's target is a student of the universities. Because I think that the university
student's coming from other district does not be measures against cold. At some future day,
target expands old people etc.

9.Schedule
Business schedule is the following. we start in business near the university. As a result,
student's customer is made. So, we get benefit. Next schedule is the branch established in
surroundings when we get a lot of benefit. Finally, this company open the national chain.

10.Growth potential of the market
Our company developed new goods which is targeted new generation for growth of the
market.

Creating the business plan lead success. And, it grow in efficiency that we start to the
company.

I choose these five sentences.
Business plan requires you to be objective, critical and focused.
The finished project is an operating tool to help manage your business and enable you to
achieve greater success.
The plan also serves as an effective communication tool for financing proposals.
The business plan is only useful if you use it.
Business plan should be approach that you will realize needs that may have been overlooked,
spot problems and nip them before they escalate, and establish plans to meet your business
goals.
