High Level Solution Description:
ACG has developed an innovative mobile healthcare ecosystem that is
patient-centered, real-time, language-independent, EMR/EHR independent and
delivers evidence based medicine for application on a worldwide basis.
Healthcare/Business problem addressed:
The ACG expert system represents a breakthrough in processing structured clinical
information utilizing automated clinical guidelines. Its disruptive nature maintains a
focus of medically necessary resources on patient care with the results being
measured by the positive impact it has on healthcare efficiency, effectiveness, the
revenue cycle, and profitability.

3. Usability and Design
The ACG expert system represents a breakthrough in processing structured clinical
information utilizing automated clinical guidelines.
It is a constructively disruptive approach that focuses the delivery of medically necessary
resources on patient care with the results being measured by the positive impact it has on
healthcare efficiency, effectiveness and improvements in the quality of care.
ACG by design is focused on significantly reducing healthcare fraud, waste, and
bureaucracy while delivering evidence based products to U.S. and world healthcare
markets. ACG has developed "An Elegant System for Doing the Right Things for the
Patients and for Those Who Pay.“
ACG products are applied at a patient level beginning with Mobile Health Record (iMHR)
and then at every level of provider and hospital interactions with that patient throughout
their course of treatment. The provider will use our clinical documentation apps along
side with the treatment of the patient to assist the provider in following best practice
clinical guidelines and collecting information resulting in a real time transcript of the
provider –patient encounter including auto coding and identification of co-morbidities.

Submission Date: February 3, 2013
Applications and Beta site evaluations complete and in contract negotiations with various hospital clients.
ACG is an early stage company with it first product suite completed and priced for hospital use. We have completed
the entire knowledge base of all LCD and NCD’s used in Florida and we are fully compliant with CMS requirements
for these.

5. Integration Description
All ACG application products are released and vetted as internet ready products.
They are medically vetted to insure accuracy and quality by providers in their
area of specialty .
Once they are released for delivery and integration with an EMR integrator like
Allscripts they can be used across all installations nationwide on a contractual
basis offered as an ACG Clinical Documentation product line by Allscripts or ACG
can deliver these apps directly to hospital IT departments that will integrate them
through their IT departments with their systems.
All ACG products are Internet centric and independent of EMR or EHR systems
and require no training to providers or their staff and are available cross
platforms such as desktops, tablets and smartphones.
