Professional Activities:
2010-2015: Head of the Evaluation Department, Kaye Academic College of
Education
Worked as an evaluator of two Evaluation Projects on the National Level: Evaluating
the quality and effects of inquiry work with pupils in Elementary Schools, and
Evaluating the quality and effects of Long day Learning (or 41 hours a week). These
Evaluation Projects were requested by the Ministry of Education and conducted under
the coordination of Prof. David Gordon, Prof. Ron Hoz and Prof. Anat Keinan
During the years 2000- 2002 I was a Tutor in the experimental Program conducted by
Prof. Moshe Silberstein at the MOFET Institute, Center for Inquiry and Development
I took part in a process of change at Tzafit (High School at Kibutz Kfar Menachem).
For 5 years I was part of the leading academic team at the High School Mekif Gimel
in Beer-Sheva, under the supervision of Prof. Malka Gorodetzky.
I trained the leading school team towards the opening of the experimental center at
school.
1994-1998: I taught at Ben Gurion University as part of my duty during my PhD
studies.
1993-1996: I trained school teachers towards the School Change at Lady Davies High
School in Tel Aviv.
1992-1993: Supervised teachers at High School in Dimona and in Gedera.
1984-1992: Educational Counselor at Junior High School in Dimona and then at Reut
School in Beer-Sheva.
Professional Activities as the Head of the Multidisciplinary Center for Parents,
Families and Communities at Kaye College:
2001-2002: Formation of the Multidisciplinary Center for Parents, Families and
Communities in Cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Adult Education
Department.

2002-2009: Planning of the program and coordination of 5 area annual Study Days
for professionals and parents.
2002-2009: Initiative, program and development of a three year program towards
accreditation in parent's supervision and lead for the Bedouin Population in the
Negev, with the support of three grants from the Bernard Van Leer Foundation and
the Anti-Violence Council in the Ministry of Internal Security
2002-2009: Areal interdisciplinary forum for collaboration among organizations to
conduct and design the center activities
2004-2005: Community leadership in Dimona in collaboration with the Dimona
Municipality
2004-2006: Development of a three year program towards accreditation in parents
supervision and lead for new immigrants in Beer-Sheva with the support of the Joint
Funds.
2006-2008: Community leadership in parenthood and community in Yeroham with

I trained the leading school team towards the opening of the experimental center at school. 1994-1998: I taught at Ben Gurion University as part of my duty during my PhD studies. 1993-1996: I trained school teachers towards the School Change at Lady Davies High School in Tel Aviv. 1992-1993: Supervised teachers at High School in Dimona and in Gedera. 1984-1992: Educational Counselor at Junior High School in Dimona and then at Reut School in Beer-Sheva.
