DriverMetrics provides a 3-step process to help fleet managers identify risky driver behaviors and implement interventions:
1. The Driver Risk Index uses assessments to identify specific behavioral factors placing each driver at risk of a crash.
2. The Management Information System allows managers to access Driver Risk Index reports and analyze fleet-wide data.
3. A variety of intervention options like e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching can be selected to target behaviors identified in Driver Risk Index reports and facilitate behavioral change.

behavioural change – which facilitates reflection
through discussion - makes it ideal as a one to one
coaching model.
Insight into Action™ Workshops
Accredited DriverMetrics® coaches can deliver ½ day
workshops for your drivers, in order to facilitate
behavioural change based on Driver Risk Index™ profile
reports. We can deliver at venues of your choice.
Driver Coaching
DriverMetrics®
coaches can deliver personalised driver
coaching for individual drivers, inside the vehicle or in

identified in the Driver Risk Index™, rather than
developing vehicle handling skills.
