visitors, to nurture them with targeted
banners and to alert sales as soon as they
are ready to be contacted.

In 2015, Azalead Software stepped up its business
developement and looked for experienced salespeople.
The company wanted to increase its sales team from 3 to 12
people in 3 months. To do so, Azalead entrusts 2 specialized
companies with the recruitement.
The easyREcrue® solution was chosen to shortlist candidates
identified by the agencies and is used to perform an initial
screening.
