We had the biggest postman network in Spain and we still

7. A lot of GIS functionality was needed for non

• Delivery map generation.
• Campaign generation and decision making tools.
• Map reporting tools.
• Geomarketing needs (Catchment area generation,
thematic maps, …)
There was a high mapping demand to the new GIS
department. No time to think, no time to create.
We needed to urgently create a Web based tool, with a
centralized alpha and GEO database, escalable to add
functionality on demand…
We had different user profiles: Sales force,
Backoffice, production departments …
