4. Prepare, analyze and negotiates requests for proposal with local and international
suppliers for efficient delivery of products and services
5. Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
6. Maintaining the database and filing
7. Responsible for documentation and processing of delivery documents and ensure that all

14. Arrange All GRN and Proceed for Invoice Payments of Suppliers on time without any
Delay
