Scope of Business: Industrial Projects.
                   Air/Ocean, FTL, Warehousing and Logistics.

THE COMPANIES THAT MAKE UP LEEWARD
                Bitacora Shipping & Ecosa form the chartering division of the group, acting as well as shipping agents and
                Owners’ representatives. As such, both companies will render ship’s agency and husbandry services to the
                group’s own chartered ships and to any other ships which Owners may rely on its services.

                Megacontainer is the Heavy Overland Transport Division of the group. It owns 10 head tractors and 15 semi-
                trailers of different configurations with capability to transport any type of over-dimensioned and extra-heavy pieces
                of up to 300 metric tons, both in the domestic and European markets.
                Cen Logistics is the Engineering Division of Leeward, founded originally by a group of industrial engineers
                with ample experience in the heavy lift transportation field. Its mission is the optimization of means and tools
                for transportation, and where appropriates the manufacture of them.
                Qualitas is the Quality Control Division of Leeward which function is inform and to protect the requirements of the
                customers by controlling and inspecting the goods to be transported on all the critical points of the logistic chain, from
                the loading at factories in origin up to the delivery to final receivers.




                Transcontinental Forwarding was the original Freight Forwarding Company, created in 1995 and operated
                as such up to its conversion in LEEWARD.

-   Approximately 300 windmill units to USA, Great Lakes, West and East Coast.

-   Approximately 600 windmill units for Italy, Germany, Sicily, Sardinia, Poland, Ireland, Egypt, Hungary, France,
    Mexico, Korea, India and China...etc.

-   Mould blades up to 56 m long.

-   Food markets in Dominican Republic and Angola.

-   Electrical substations, hydraulic substations, water treatment plants in Algeria, Angola and Sicily.

-   Generators and turbines from Sweden and Germany to Puertollano (Spain) solar power plant.

-   Generators and turbines from Sweden and Germany and assorted heavy equipment from Vietnam and Malaysia to
    Kuraymat (Egypt) solar power plant.

-   Generators and traphos from Spain to Brazil and to UAE.

-   Alcohol destillery plants in St. Croix Island, Mexico and Moldova, aprox. 6000 m3 .

-   Electrification and agricultural project material in Angola.

-   Tupras (Turkey) refinery project, more than 5000 TEUS door to door (more than 75.000 FRT).
    Development in 2012 – 2013.
PROJECTS ACTIVITIES

In the past 24 months Leeward has chartered close to 200 general cargo ships to transport a volume of 600.000 cbm of
project cargoes, cargoes ranging from 20.000 to 3.000 cbm, working with reputable Owners such as Spliethoff, Beluga
Shipping, CEC, Flamar, Normed Lines, Bigliftshipping, Combilift (Poulsen), BBC Chartering, Briese Shipping and
Chartering,Otto Danielsen, Apollo Shipping, Wagenborg, Nordana, Chipolbrok, COSCO, Onego Lines, etc.


Leeward has also a very important activity on the container field, with a movement on the last 2 years of over 3.000
TEU’s of import and export cargoes to and from China, U.S.A., Mexico, India. Pakistan, Italy etc., shipped mainly with
first class shipping lines such as Hanjing, MSC, Maersk, Evergreen, UASC and Happag Lloyd.
