• is a league part of Kuwait Society of
Engineers, it main vision is to serve the
women engineers and exchange the
information and experiences through its
network in order to build a bright future for
the role of the women engineers in the
society, through the full integration of
women in the fields of engineering and
technology, social work and volunteering.

• KWE seeks to develop technical skills, life and
leadership and personal talent. It considers
as official source of data and statistics and
the proportion of women engineers in the
State of Kuwait, which feeds the needs of
global research for women in engineering.
• KWE it’s the Gate to the international
relation between Kuwait and the global
women engineers.
4. • Ob Objectives
1. Attract more engineers to the membership of the Kuwait
Society of Engineers official representative of the engineers
in the State of Kuwait and to encourage to participate with
events and activities of the society.
2. Motivate women to pursue engineering profession and to
continue the work and excellence.
3. Focus on the problems and difficulties and challenges
faced by the women engineer in society and discuss ways to
solve it.
4. Study and solve the problem of number of women
engineer in field positions.

the representation of Kuwaiti women engineers inside and
outside the State of Kuwait.

8. Work to provide offers and facilities for the engineers and
their families.
9. Preparation of specialized courses in the art of life skills and
administration.

latest developments and exchange experiences.

international institutions for women in engineering and
technology.
14. Provide job opportunities for women engineers and work on
providing the best way to career development.
