2.  MARKET ANALYSIS:
 Key benchmark indices edged lower as euro zone debt worries resurfaced following further rise in
Spanish government bond yields on Monday, 17 September 2012. The latest data showing acceleration
in India's consumer price inflation in August 2012 also weighed on sentiment.
 The BSE Sensex was down 48 points or 0.26% to 18,494.31. The index fell 72.80 points at the day's
low of 18,469.51 in late trade, its lowest level since 14 September 2012.
 The S&P CNX Nifty was down 6.80 points or 0.12% to 5,603.20, as per provisional figures. The index
hit a high of 5,620.55 in intraday trade.
 From the 30-share Sensex pack, 15 stocks fell and rest of them rose.
 Index heavyweight and cigarette maker ITC rose 0.34% to Rs 254.25. Index heavyweight Reliance
Industries (RIL) declined 2.12% on profit booking after recent strong gains. L&T rose 0.38%.Among
other capital goods stocks, BEML, Bhel, ABB, Thermax and Siemens rose by between 0.42% to
5.32%.UltraTech Cement rose 2.33% to Rs 1801.65.
