of Éric Bascle as the new CEO effective on december 1st
Following a successful €3 million fund raising last June with private investors,
black crows is undertaking leadership change on the eve of the coming
winter season. The Chamonix-based company confirms its ambition to
grow in targeted markets and expand its product range: the North American
market and the launch of a new technical apparel collection being amongst
the top priorities.
Christophe Villemin, co-founder and President confirmed: « we are
delighted to welcome Éric as CEO at a turning point in our growth journey.
His relevant leadership positions and proven track record in the global
retail and textile industry will take black crows to the next level. We will be
building on our core values, combining creativity with performance for each

Former executive vice President of the Lacoste group, Éric Bascle, 47 years
old, is an outdoor and ski enthusiast. As CEO, his focus is on respecting and

two professional skiers, along with industry leader Christophe Villemin,
black crows designs and markets equipment made for off-piste and ski
