I would like to recommend Eric Caron as a candidate for a position with your organization. Eric held
multiple positions during his tenure at Chevron. Eric was employed by US Computer Corporation, and
embedded within our Mid Continent business unit. In his position as Personnel Change Coordinator /
Deskside Support, Eric was in our Business unit from 2008 - 2016. Eric assumed the position from
another employee, and immediately started reorganizing and structuring the various datapoints and
functional task associated to the position.
Eric did an excellent job in this position and was an asset to our organization during his tenure with the
Company. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work
independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. He has a great customer
focus, and is able to articulate the needs of the user or business clearly.
As the Personnel Coordinator, Eric was responsible for transitioning users into and out of the Business
Unit. This required interaction with various teams including Infrastructure, HR, Building maintenance,
Deskside support, management, Office assistances, other Personal Change Coordinators. As such and a
testament to his communication skills Eric was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent
rapport with the many constituents served by our office including clients, employers, and other third party
organizations. He would be an asset to any employer and I recommend him for any endeavor he chooses
to pursue.
