2. ERIC ROLAND - Founder
Eric has spent over 20 years in IT operations , first within IBM and Lexmark where he
participated in the establishment of the printer division support. Then in finance with Euroclear,
he sets up the ServiceDesk , asset management , participates in ITIL implementation .
In 2005, as part of Datacenters consolidation program, he became head of project migration and
Datacenters responsible for Europe during the lean transformation who’ll manage for three years.
In 2011, he joined Equinix in the context of strengthening the executive board in a phase of
strong growth, it supports the operations division where he applied these streamline methods
and managerial practices successfully.
