9. What do BMI Clients say?
“Out of eight interviews, we are initially moving forward and conducting follow-up
interviews with six candidates. Candidate quality far exceeded expectations at this
point.”
Operations Manager - Coca-Cola Enterprises
“I came to Eric only a couple of days before both the Atlanta and Norfolk hiring
events. He and his team took care of everything for us and made the trip and
the interviewing process very efficient and pleasurable. Most importantly,
we identified strong candidates that we are pursuing for full-time positions.”
HR Director - Roche
“When we look for ‘leadership’
candidates, this is the place to look.”
Talent Acquisition Director - GE Supply
“We have had such great experiences with the candidates we have
hired from Eric since 2003. The people we have hired have been solid
performers and gotten along well within our company. Thank you for all your
help.”
Director of Repair Services - ComSonics
“Eric is fantastic! I was impressed with his ability to quickly
understand our unique needs for staffing an operations
leadership development program, and two of our three
current participants came through his firm. Eric's support
and follow up through the entire process was outstanding,
and he will be the first recruiter I call in the future. I
highly recommend Eric for his professionalism,
military recruiting knowledge,
customer focus, and efficiency.
HR Manager – Herman Miller
My experience with Eric was very positive. He
was able to help me fill several positions
in my company that had a difficult profile
to meet. Eric is professional and pleasant to
work with.”
