Employee Engagement is aimed at understanding what is
impacting your teams both negatively and positively and
improving the culture & work environment.
Two starting points to help focus
leaders on
cultural & employee engagement issues.
1.Round tables - Regional events with regional teams identifying
issues and concerns from the team. You would then create
countermeasures for the root causes of the issues identified.
2.Team Behaviors - Adoption of day to day behaviors. Work with
the regional teams & individuals to build out and engrain these
behaviors in our day to day work life. Make the diagram simple and
focused. In the center is why you exist then moving o ut is what you
do and how you do it.
