Morocco.
• The
Government
of
Morocco
seeks
to
capitalize
on
the
momentum
created
by
COP
22
in
order
to
green
the
host
city
and
has
formally
requested
UNIDO
to
support
it
in
this
endeavor.

integrating the
use of
sustainable
energy, water
and waste
management as
well as related
low-carbon
technologies.
Eco-Quartier
• To promote low-
carbon districts
that integrate
sustainable
energy, water
and waste
management as
well as low-
carbon
transportation.
Low-carbon
public buildings
• To implement
energy
management
system (EnMS)
in line with ISO
50001 in public
buildings.
Low-carbon
transport
• To encourage
low carbon
transportation
through E-
mobility (electric
buses and cars),
city bike hiring
system and
horse carriages.
Greening COP 22 project aims at: (1) supporting low-carbon development and (2)
enhancing climate change awareness in the host city.
