1. Sales Coaching – We have a tie-up with Sales Momentum, which is one of the leaders in
US in the field of Consultative Sales. We specialize in sales simulations i.e. creating real life
situations in class room. Some of the clients, who have experienced these programs are
Booz Allen, Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific etc.
2. Management by Arts (Mba) - India’s first integrated Arts based Management training
series. These training programs can address six competencies for you – Leadership, Team
Development, Self-awareness, Communication, Creativity & Innovation and Collaboration.
We have 12 art mediums like Music, Improvised Theatre, Puppetry, Storytelling, Creative
Body Movement, Photography etc to address your training needs. All our facilitators are
recognised experts in their respective fields. E.g. Our story telling facilitator is a PhD in
folklore from University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Our music based facilitator runs her
own music tourism company etc. Some of the companies, where our facilitators have made
a difference are : Hindustan Lever, HSBC, L'Oreal, Coal India, Accenture etc.
3. Pushing the limits – This is a series of 5 programs, which are in the nature of individual
coaching + work related project work . Focus is to help leaders discover their leadership
voice, develop direct reports and dealing with the paradox that exists in market place and
organizations nowadays.
