A welcome and information note from The Westin Charlotte in regards to the Charlotte NFLC 2012

1. Welcome to The Westin Charlotte.
We are delighted to have you joining us as a part of the FBLA-PBL
conference taking place in our hotel and city. We have been looking forward
to your arrival and look forward to a successful event over the upcoming
weekend. The hotel will be using the following guidelines to ensure that all
guests of the hotel are pleased with their experience during their stay.
 All incidentals for the rooms have been restricted. A form of
payment (credit card, or $50 cash deposit) will need to be
presented at the front desk to activate them.
 In the event of a noise disturbance, the occupants of the room
will receive a caution from our security team and the
chaperone/adviser of the school will be notified.
 A second notice of disturbance may result in the occupants
being required to vacate the hotel.
 Any damage incurred to the hotel guest room, or common
space, will be forwarded to the participating school with
details, damage estimate, and students involved.
The purpose of these guidelines is not to diminish from your visit, but to
ensure that every hotel guest has an opportunity to enjoy their time at the
Westin Charlotte.
