Versatile, fast and flexible
- adapted for many kind of container (round, square with
round corners, ovoid, rectangular)
- up to 105 rows per minute (50 000 bph),
- containers can be turned while entering the machine,
- very fast changeovers (easy set-up, interchangeable tools,
less adjustments needed).
Operating principle
- containers are sent in a steady stream, without preliminary spacing,
- individual guiding of each container (no rubbing or bump),
- instantaneous balancing of all lanes.

- high-speed solution suitable also for unstable containers,
- removal of deceleration conveyors,
- less adjustments needed (guiding lanes),
- precise regulation the flow entering the downstream machine,

To go a step further
For an even more compact, simple and economical line, it is possible to consider a
deeper integration of the lane divider, to not only replace the existing divider
and deceleration conveyors but also remove the entry conveyor as well as
the product selection system
of the downstream machine.

- envoi des contenants à flux constant, sans espacement préalable,
- accompagnement individuel de chaque contenant
