FOODS<br />STEP 1<br />Objective: Students will be able to use ingridients  for baking a “lemon pie”.<br />Introduction: Show students pictures of foods, ingrideints they will use for cooking.<br />Vocabulary: Grease, flour, bake , pan, beat , fold, whip, pour, whip mixer, flat mixer, crust, zest, roller pin.<br /> <br />STEP 2<br />Students investigate about lemon pies recepipes on:<br />http://www.foodnetwork.com/<br />http://www.utilisima.com/<br />http://www.google.com.sv/<br />STEP 3<br />Students cook this récipe:<br />LEMON PIE<br />CRUST<br />135 grms of crispy sweet cookies<br />1 ½ stick of melted butter or margarine<br />WHIPPING CREAM<br />1 cup of whipping cream<br />LEMON FILLING<br />1 8oz package of cream cheese<br />1 can of condensed milk(400 grms)<br />6 tablespoons of lemon juice<br />zest  of one lemon<br />PROCEDURE<br />CRUST. Mix all ingredients with your hands and in the pan. Then press it with your hands to form the crust covering ¾ of the pan.<br />FILLING. Beat all ingredients for 2 minutes in médium speed. Then pour the filling into the crust. Freeze it for two hours mínimum.<br />WHIPPING CREAM.  Beat the cream till thicken. Then pour tablespoons of i ton top of the “lemon pie”<br />
