Developed the “Panduit Development Training” (PDT) program which increased sales by 70% in

Educational program that introduced cooperative agreements with academic
institutions to teach, at both undergraduate and graduate levels, the benefits of
structured cabling and connectivity systems in the current global economy. The
program provides basic content based that is based on international standards,
classroom coursework, close student monitoring and follow-up, practice sessions,
and preparation for international certifications.
Increased PDT’s number of coursework hours as part of the Cisco Networking
Academy from 8 to 40, which led PDT to become an independent training program
regarded by many as “the most comprehensive and state-of-the-art Structured
Cabling course in the world”.
This program is now being applied with a global scope, has been ranked as the most
comprehensive in its area worldwide, and has helped increasing sales by 70% in the
education industry and Panduit’s leadership in Latin America’s Education sector.
