And it results in the following benefits: - No heat activiation of the PVC is necessary (meaing you save on equipment and energy costs). And you can achieve 50% higher production speeds. - Use of thinner PET yarns is possible. Meaning less interupption to production speeds. - Yarn become more tightly glued to the inner hose. This gives higher burst levels (between 21 and 28 bar). - Higher adhesion forces. This allows you to reduce the glue layer in the hose or between the bonded surfaces.
