Liz Rosenthal, CEO and founder of Power to the Pixel, gave a presentation at an international film conference on new frontiers in 21st century storytelling. She discussed how audiences are no longer passive but want to actively engage with stories across multiple platforms. She also presented several case studies of successful cross-media storytelling projects that integrated formats like games, apps, transmedia and social networks. Rosenthal argued this native cross-media approach will be an important new form of story design.
