TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conference Booking
Full payment must be received prior to the conference. A receipt for payment will not be issued unless requested. The FIA has the right to alter or cancel any booking that
it cannot fulfil for reasons beyond its control. If this happens, the FIA will use all reasonable efforts to offer you an alternative booking. The FIA does not accept any liability
or responsibility if it cannot provide food, drinks, or services because of industrial action or any other cause which is beyond its control.
In the event of cancellation, notice must be received in writing at the Head Office address of the FIA not later than 21 days prior to the event. Such notice will not be
deemed to be received unless the FIA has issued an acknowledgement to the delegate; full payment will be refunded less a 20 per cent administration charge. No refunds
will be possible in the 21 days prior to the conference, but you will be entitled to send a substitute. The FIA cannot offer refunds or transfer of fees to delegates who fail to
attend the event for reasons outside the control of the FIA.

Golf Day
Please let us know your golf handicap as well as team requests (this is a 4-ball Stableford
competition). Each team will consist of 4 golfers. The FIA will strive to group golfers of similar
abilities as well as to create mutually beneficial networking opportunities.
If you fail to detail your team requests at the time of booking, future requests may not be
