2.  Here we are given instantly the
title for the feature film in a
distinct red font maybe
signalling bad or blood on a
pitch black background for that
extra distinctive look that
surrounds the bold font used.

3.  For this shot we are shown fast
images similar to subliminal
messaging to put a certain
uncomfortable mood in the
audience’s mind because they
are seeing certain images quickly
and the brain is trying to work
out what the images are, for this
chosen one it is an image of
bacteria or a virus to reveal
some more of the storyline
because it is linked to the
zombie virus.

4.  This shot is a long shot revealing
many people fleeing like a riot
this allows the audience to see
the moral panic that is created
by the zombie virus.

5.  For this shot we are given a
medium shot of a news host,
reporting about the zombie
virus we are purposely given this
medium shot so we can see the
news camera so the viewer can
realise that it is so important
and tragic that it is being
reported on the news and
shown on television around the
world.

6.  For this shot we are given an
extreme close-up shot that is
revealing a bullet hole in some
glass. This is used to reveal that
when a crisis such as the zombie
virus hits humanity we will
resort to violence and more on
the glass that it represents how
society will shatter.

7.  For this shot we are given an
extreme close-up of a heartbeat
monitor that is showing a heart
beating and then stopping which
represents the death that the
human race is facing from the
zombies and how that when
someone dies they will just
come back as a zombie revealing
a horrible e cycle of the undead.

8.  Here we are given a medium
shot f soldiers, a helicopter and
the White house. This gives us a
setting for the film for America
but in this short scene these
soldiers are ordered to kill
civilians when one zombie
threatens their lives. This
represents how far the higher
powers will go just to protect
themselves, that when anarchy
comes knocking on the door all
that is right is thrown out the
window.

9.  This is an extreme close- up that
reveals a bloody mouth
attempting to bite something,
This gives the impression that
this is a zombie attempting to
bite a human which in this case
is the viewer this is used to add
some direct fear into the
audience.

10.  Finally we are given a peaceful
news report that then results in
zombies attacking and an
individual running into the
cameraman while the camera is
facing him that changes quickly
from a medium shot to an
extreme close-up of the zombies
face which is again like the last
shot used to install fear into the
viewer to create the feeling that
he is running at the viewer.
