Target group of the project: non-EU foreign born women
(outside EU-27)
Statistics: approximately half of 1.8 million of non-EU foreign
born immigrants in Europe (2009)
Reasons for migration:
Family migration – about 52 %
Employment (with job settled before migration) – 2 %
Employment (without job settled before migration) – 23 %
International protection – 9 %
Study – 6 %
Other – 8 %
