2. Fonality Resellers
Authorized Reseller: The introductory level of the program, Authorized resellers generate leads from businesses
and other organizations that are interested in Fonality’s business communications solution and are compensated
for those leads that result in closed sales.
Certified Reseller: Benefiting from additional sales tools, Certified resellers are expected to complete a sales
certification program in order to take the sales and marketing lead with customers and prospect base.
Premium Reseller: The highest level of partnership, Premium resellers are expected to complete an online
sales certification training program for both product and technical installation training. This tier of resellers often
perform customer on-boarding and product implementations with new customers, in addition are also expected
to provide level-one technical support. Fonality Premium Resellers have the unique opportunity to participate in

Authorized Agents generate leads from businesses and other organizations that are interested in Fonality’s business
communications solution and are compensated for leads that result in closed sales. Deep technical knowledge about
the product is not required nor are any products resold through Fonality agents. Compared to the Fonality Reseller
Programs, agents are compensated on a reoccurring basis as long as the end user remains a Fonality customer.
