Description: The Cross Cultural Competence training program equips participants with cross cultural skills and global competency, including charting the level of cross cultural awareness of staff and the organization, and providing group activities and case studies that enhance cross cultural understanding and global competency. It is designed to sensitize the participants with cross- cultural differences and enabling them to acquire the skills they need on a daily basis at work. Length: 3h
