6. There are three kinds of rocks.,
Sedimentary rocks,
Metamorphic rocks,
Igneous rocks..
SEDIMENTARY ROCKS..,
.Sedimentary rocks are formed by sentiment that
is depoiseted over time, usually as layers at the bottom of lakes and oceans.
. This sentiment can include
minerls , pieces if plants and their organic matter.
.sedimentary rocks forms layers called strata which can often be seen exposed ciffs.
.sedimentary rocks covers the majority of the earths rocky surface but only make up a
small percentage of the earth’s crust compared to metamorphic and igneous
Tyros of rocks.
