Welcome to Get Your Motivation On, LLC (GYMON)!
 We are a proud family operated Fitness/Wellness and
Motivational company and we share this pride with all
our members. We have been individually training and
administering fitness and wellness to others since 2006.
 In 2012 we decided to collectively pool all of our
individual talents and form a company that embodies
our belief in total happiness of mind and body.
 We have a team of experienced and trained medical
technicians and trainers that provide fitness and wellness
services for corporations, groups, individuals, and
children.

 The core of the instructors and wellness
technicians are related by family. That means
there is a constant collaboration to customize all
programs to fit the need of the client. We are
trained to deal with flexibility and a changing
environment.
 For companies of any size with limited space we
will come up with a solution that will work and
be affordable.

 The launching of Get Your Motivation On, LLC is a
success story in it’s own right. We attribute it to
many things, but we like to think it’s the
approach we take. We are full of spirit, ideas and
love.
 Our clients are an extension of our company; we
completely immerse ourselves in the needs of
each company, group, or individual and come up
with a program that works best for everyone.

 Get Your Motivation On, LLC was founded on the
principle of helping others, and there is no greater
calling than to provide, heal, rescue, and serve others.
 Thus, through our work as a private company, we seek
to support humanitarian charities in their efforts to
prevent and eliminate any and all forms of human
suffering.
 That is why with every client GYMON will give a
percentage of our fee to a charity picked by the client.
The charity must have at least a four star rating and
fall under one of GYMON’s chosen causes.

GYMON’s Chosen Causes
 Child Abuse- A report of child abuse is made every ten
seconds.
 Disasters- There were 302 disasters recorded by the
International Disaster Database in 2011.
 Hunger- One child dies every five seconds due to
hunger-related causes.
 Poverty- About 1.7 million people are estimated to
live in absolute poverty.
 Slavery- There are 27 million people living in modern
day slavery across the world.
 Suicide Prevention- Every 14.2 minutes someone in
the United States dies by suicide.

 Wellness Screenings by a certified CNA
* All medical screenings & assessments are offered by trained
and experienced Medical Technicians.

Fitness Program:
 Boot Camp: a class that offers a hour of fun, exciting
exercises that keep you moving throughout the room
while burning lots of calories and building strength.
 Bodyworks: a class full of energy that improves
balance, coordination, flexibility, plus tone and define
muscles while using light weights.
 Kickboxing: focuses mainly on the benefits of cardio
while providing an intense yet fun workout.
* All fitness programs are offered by certified and
experienced Fitness Trainers.

D ETAILS
GYMON’s
Specialty Classes:
 Pilates Mat : focuses on strength, precision and flow of
movement. Students will learn the importance of
breathing patterns and spinal alignments while engaging
the deep muscles of the core. Classes will be taught at
multiple levels which allows students to work at
beginner, intermediate, or an advanced pace.
 Beginner Yoga: dynamic yet gentle on the body this class
includes breathing techniques, warm-ups and basic
postures to increase mind-body connection, self-
awareness and self-confidence while also improving
strength and coordination. The benefits of this class
include relieving stress, lowering blood pressure,
building strength, increasing flexibility while creating a
sense of well-being and balance in one’s body and in life.
Classes are often multi-level and do not assume prior
Yoga experience.

Specialty Classes:
 Dance: an action packed class full of movement and
music. The beat does not stop as you burn calories while
dancing non-stop to the rhythm. This is also a morale
booster.
 Relaxation 101: a combination of yoga, meditation,
breathing exercises and visualization essential for
connecting the mind, body and soul.
 Cheerleading/Dance Clinics (children only): students and
children will learn the basics of cheerleading and dance
including formations, jumps, cheers, dance techniques
and a mini dance routine. Each clinic includes a warm-
up, assessment and individual guidance.
* All specialty classes are offered by certified, trained and
experienced instructors.
