Letter of reference for Gabriel Jurado
Mr. Jurado worked from March to May 2013 as an undergraduate research assistant
(Wissenschftliche Hilfskraft) in my group. He was introduced to laboratory
techniques, which he acquired quickly. He performed a number of different tasks in
the lab, mostly involving the extraction of RNA and DNA from plant tissues, and
performed PCR reactions routinely.
Throughout his time in our lab, he worked wholeheartedly and enthusiastically, and
achieved very good results.
Mr. Jurado worked exact and meticulously, and was able to work independently
after being introduced to new laboratory techniques.
In all aspects of performing his work - understanding, dedication, and initiative - he
was clearly an outstanding student.
For me and my colleagues in the lab it was a great pleasure to work with Mr.Jurado.
I wish him all the best for his future career.
