1 . Usage of Promis in retrieving and monitoring the equipment database.
2 Perform jobs on Platform Centura P5200(AMAT)
3. Equipment familiar as Applied Material:DPS Poly,MxP Poly,Mxp+ Oxide,Super-E
DPS Metal (single/dual blade,pendeleum VAT/Gate valve),ASP+ and IPS Copper.
Well train in gasonics tools as well as in Mattson tools.
4. Conducting Preventive Maintenance on machine for annually,
semi-annually,quarterly,monthly and weekly based on checklist provide by Applied
Materials.
5. Learn functional of AMAT Centura on configuration,vacuum system,gas delivery,
Rf genarator,and Rf matcher.
6. Understand procedure of Power up and down on the equipment.
7. Perform calibration on some equipment when necessary and according to due as per
checklist.
8. Assist Equipment Engineer to follow up on equipment improvement,data

9. Able to perform CAS(scrathes test),troubleshooting and recovery during process fault
as SOP(standard operating procedure)
10. Equipment's other than AMAT to perform Preventive maintenance are Fushion Eaton
(dual chamber),Novellous PEP(dual chamber),Mattson stripper,Lam Alliance 9400,Lam
TCP 9600,
Hermis Epitek (TEL DRM,SCCM and Aluminium)and Wafer Transfer WMS.
10. Well verse with Chiller’s such as Steelhead ,Neslab CHX 150,Advance Thermal
