Job Title: Graduate Sales Administrator
Location/Department: Head Office, Lisburn
Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Summary of Responsibilities: To complete various Marketing and Sales
Administration tasks. To ensure that all work
undertaken is completed with due regard for quality,
productivity and safety.

Marketing
Company Website
 Responsible for the on –going maintenance of the site, which includes researching and
writing news stories, adding projects when they have been completed and editing and
formatting photos.
 Proactively use web analytic tools to monitor/analyse the website activity and
popularity. Furthermore implement SEO techniques on and off page.
Market Research
 Continuously identify opportunities in new/existing markets with new/existing clients.
This is done by keeping up to date with current and future construction projects via
online magazines, press releases and planning office reports.
 Create marketing material for newspaper and online advertisements. This includes
writing and proof reading promotional text, adapting work experience to each advert
and photo editing.
Sales
 Responsible for ensuring our internal Sales Report is reliable and up to date. This
requires following up on pricing to ensure we are competitive. Responsible for chasing
updates from other members of the sales teamregarding the status of the projects that
we have priced and then record this on the Sales Report.
 Register and keep up to date with various online portals (e.g. CompeteFor) as they
advertise tendering opportunities. These sites usually require you to complete a short
questionnaire regarding company capability and previous experience to qualify for
tender documentation.

Administration
General Admin Duties
 Ensure all contract documents are recorded, reviewed and signed by the relevant staff,
copies are taken and returned to the client via recorded delivery.
 Other general admin duties include scanning, faxing, photocopying and binding.
Analyses
Complete the following analyses;
 A monthly analysis regarding the volume of tenders received versus volume of
tenders priced. This analysis also identifies our key customers and what companies
we need to target to receive tenders from.
 A quarterly analysis that identifies our status/progress in regards to work secured,
turnover and cliental compared to previous quarters and years.
 Creating reports as and when required, e.g. tailored history of work for certain
clients/ sectors/regions.
Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s) / Supply Chain Questionnaires
 Responsible for completing PQQ’s / Supply Chain Questionnaires. These are
questionnaires that assess a company’s health and safety, environmental and quality
procedures/arrangements.
Accreditations
 Responsible for updating online questionnaires for all four of our health and safety
accreditations.

· Ability to maintain high job standards and detail orientation in a fast-paced
environment.
· Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

· Must be able to maintain good relationships the team, peers, subcontractors.
