Responsible for motivating and supervising a 10 man marine deck crew on a eight point anchor , cable laying ,
accommodation barge.Working on the ASV Pioneer on the outer Gabbard wind farm.
As well as responsibility for all general maintenance , ordering of deck stores and keeping accurate detailed
records of all stores and working equipment.
This involves the running out and re-stowing of 9x10 ton delta flipper anchors .A process involving the transfer of
pennant wires by hand between the barge and AHT.Good radio communication and team work is essential.
Making sure all company and contractual HSE requirements are met Making sure all equipment and personel
used during crane opps meet industry standards.
All RAMS (risk assesment,method statement) ,permits to work and tool box talks are conformed to.
