Designation:- ICT Engineer
 Working as Unified Engineer managing both Voice and Lync/Skype for Business
infrastructure across all Ericsson.
 Handling Service Tickets for EPABX (MiTel/Aastra) systems, Lync/Skype for
Business, Contact Center Servers ( Solidus e Care), Voicemail Servers (OneBox),
Conference Bridges, and resolving them in limited time frame.
 Monitoring Voice and Lync Servers through Nagios and SCOM Servers and further
coordinating with respective teams to minimize the down time.
 Managing issues related to Conference (Arkadin & Lync) Bridges.
 Update and regular follow up with vendors/suppliers for running smooth operations.
 Also working on issues related to internal video sharing website (Ericsson Play)

administration and maintenance of AASTRA(Previously ERICSSON) PBX (BP-50, BP-
250, MD-110, MX-TSW, MX-ONE Server), SOLIDUS e-care contact center, CUBE call billing
software, TBS(Telephone Billing System) etc.
 Installing, Managing, Adding, Change (IMAC) of Trunks, Extensions (digital, analog, VoIP).
 Doing quarterly Preventive Maintenance of EPBX and servers and maintaining customer
relation.
Total Experience: 3 YEARS 3 months

2. Projects and Client Summary
Voice and Solidus Servers Monitoring: Configured Monitoring of Voice Servers through Nagios
Servers and given handover to NOC Team. Reassigned alarms severity and Conducted various
sessions on them.
Configuring QoS on New Nodes: Worked with WAN Team to enable and check QoS across new
and old WAN Link, so to maintain the appropriate MOS value. Bring more improvement in
operations by enabling proactive monitoring.
Centralized Accident and Trauma Services (CATS): Maintaining whole Delhi ambulance call
center which include Servers like Solidus e Care (call center server), EPABX etc.
Delhi Police: Managing more than 100 agents and respective servers.
Indian Air Force: Maintaining whole IAF EPABX which has 9 LIM (approx. 3500 extensions)
which are connected via Tie Line (2Mbps link).
HCL Technologies: Maintaining and troubleshooting HCL Technologies and HCL BPO EPABX.
