corporate targets for Profitability, Cash Generation and Measured Product Quality.
Identified weak link in Swedish Telecoms company performance as the poorly performing Finance function. Planned
and implemented a major overhaul, recruiting high calibre staff and developing improved IT and Billing systems and
reports. Result: Function supported 50% annual growth for next 3 years with negligible staff turnover
Specified and Implemented integrated IT system, costing £2.5m, to manage 200+ Retail outlets, Production facility
and Logistics. Result: Delivered accurate, real-time information to management, saving 10 days each month.
Developed and delivered improved Finance and Administration functions in 8 sites in Europe for manufacturing group
to support major investment in factories and plant. Implemented SAP system across European Group. Result:
Management information available by WD 3, 5 days earlier each month than previously.
Established new Property development company in Moscow, Arranged Funding, set up Financial Controls and

Successfully completed a number of Board level, high profile Change Management assignments, based in Europe,
working principally in Russia, France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy, but also Sweden, Spain and Holland

2007- Now – Finance Director,RPGF Management ltd, Moscow. Start-up property development company building
Shopping centres and Retail Parks in Russia. Set up Legal and Financial structures, recruited staff, established systems
and controls.
2006 – 2007 Finance Director: Castorama Russia Ltd, based Moscow.
Specified and delivered Finance department, systems, procedures and staffing to support rapid rollout of Kingfisher
concept in Russia from zero to 48 stores in 5 years. Planning, Funding, liaison with Russian tax authorities. Planned
and built a Property Development company to provide stores to kingfisher from larger land plots. Put together a JV
between Kingfisher, Property Funds and a local building company.
2003 to 2006 : Management Consultant establishing Human Resources Consultancy serving High Tech companies in
Europe; Establishing an Internet Bourse for Technology Transfer; Converting a leading Internet Music site into a
profitable business.
2001 and 2002 to 2003: Management Consultant then Interim Finance Director of a new Pub Company
