Glen's work in pulling together specific staff feedback relating to our key action
areas from the Getting In Touch Survey via an anonymous sharepoint site was
innovative, proactive and demonstrated great Teamwork and a dedication to
embrace the culture of Continuous Improvement. In volunteering to act as the
"Voice of the People" in a professional and accessible way by leading the Focus
Group, he has encouraged trust and openness across the organization, so that
practical and tangible solutions can be explored to make our workplace and
customer service even better. Great work Glen!
